Airflow Balancing
Air balancing involves adjusting the flow of air within an HVAC system to ensure that each area of a building receives the right amount of air, at the right temperature, and at the right pressure. This process can help address hot or cold spots in a building, improve air quality, and enhance overall system performance.
We are dedicated to give you balanced airflow in your building.

Stair/Elevator Pressurization
Safety is always our number one priority, and it especially is when we balance your building. In the event of a fire, the safe passage out of your building needs to be smoke free and automatic. We have the training to setup stair pressurization systems and perform tests with the city to ensure that your life safety systems are in place and top performing in the event of a fire.
Duct Leakage Testing
Duct systems leak air every day, that is air you paid to heat or cool lost to your ceiling space. We have just the test for that. Our team can come in and pressure test your duct to determine exactly how much air it is leaking. While your new system is being constructed, we can provide that data as independent feedback to the mechanical contractor to make informed changes that will improve your system.
Air Handling Unit Testing
Large air handling units always ship in pieces, assembling these heavy pieces on a jobsite can be challenging and leave opportunity for air gaps your system was not designed around. Our team can come in and test your unit to the design specifications to ensure your equipment is air tight and operating as intended.
